Experience at Panum has been very Pleasant. Have been able to get enough exposure and really good mentoring creating a healthy working environment, also giving enough space to work on your own.

The talent level is extremely high. The leadership team is engaged with the company and truly cares about everyone, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. They do a good job of making you feel like family and in return feel valued. The culture at Panum is the best I have ever worked for, and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. People at Panum are collaborative, smart, and most importantly they are respectful in their communication.
