      Pros

      I am consistently impressed by Paradigm's commitment to be the employer of choice. They continue to put employees first and invest in the team. The culture is unlike anywhere else I have worked. Employees actually enjoy coming to work and want to be here. I am so blessed to work on this team.

      Pros

      Great positive culture. They have figured out the key to employee satisfaction. Open door policy. Engaged Leadership Team that stays intricately involved with their team. Servant Leaders who won't ask you to do anything they wouldn't do themselves. When our team needs help, our leader steps up and gets into the trenches with us.

      Cons

      Benefits - smaller business. But the culture balances the cons out
