Paradowski is a great agency to work at. We’ve recently won multi-million dollars worth of new business, which will accelerate growth here. PC is ahead of the game with AR/VR and all emerging technologies. This is rare in the Midwest. Lots of money in this area. It’s understandable why there may have been some negative reviews around peak Covid times, as difficult decisions had to be made. But looking at the STL agency landscape, PC handled it best. Flexibility is the name of the game here. You work how you want to work and where. You’re paid extremely high for the market, and growth is unlimited. If you don’t grow, then you should be advocating for yourself and developing a relationship with your manager in order to do so. Paradowski gives opportunity to those who are looking for it.

Cons

I think there are employees who work full time on one client that may feel that they don’t have the same opportunities as others. Allow all employees to work on 2 accounts (at least) to maintain morale with the more corporate accounts

People here are so talented, and the knowledge of technology is so high, you may find yourself feeling inadequate a lot. But then you'll learn, and you'll get better. Additionally, some may be surprised to discover they are unable to resolve their childhood issues and depression via this advertising agency.
