      A strong culture, and very supportive senior executives. The hiring and induction process was extremely professional.

      Pros

      Great culture, executives are open to innovative ideas, supportive leadership, strong vision. Parallels still has an entrepreneurial start-up feel and is a fairly flat structure. People are helpful, genuinely pleasant and inclusive.
