      Parcelly is a fast-paced, innovative company with a supportive and inclusive culture. The team and Founder are passionate, leadership is approachable, and there’s real opportunity to make an impact. Great place to grow, learn, and be part of a meaningful mission in logistics tech.

      Cons

      As with any fast-growing startup, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, but this is also part of the excitement and challenge.

      Pros

      Every day is different at Parcelly. The product and business certainly have the potential to be huge and the team in place is well-equipped to excel. I feel as though the next couple of years will be defining for Parcelly; the market is certainly becoming more and more in need of the solution Parcelly provides as an agile tech company in the logistics space. It would certainly be an exciting company to join at this stage as the opportunity for growth is there. The team culture also makes Parcelly a great place to work.

      Cons

      Staff can often feel overwhelmed with the workload and the team structure has moved around a lot recently making it hard to operate productively.
