This job truly has it all. Management that listens and a small staff to build strong relationships. Learning the software and equipment can be difficult but the support system is there.
Cons
Recently bought by a larger company, and the integration is proving to be a bit difficult. But that’s to be expected.

The environment in this office is so good it's hard to believe. Everyone is kind and treats you like family. The job itself is challenging but with a good team, everyone works together to find answers.
Cons
It can be pretty hard to focus on some days.
