Everyone you work with is accommodating and considerate of your time. The culture breathes high quality. You will also learn a lot!

Too many chefs in the kitchen at times. It's a small company with just as many directors and executives as employees. Multiple eyes will read your work, and you will receive varying feedback that can be contradictory.
