      Pros

      This company is fantastic! They're super clear about what they want to achieve, and they judge you based on how good your work is. Colleagues are always there to help you out. Plus, they really care about making sure you have a good balance between work and your personal life. Bonus: you always get the appreciation you deserved.

      Management is transparent and goal-oriented, and you are judged on the basis of the quality of your output. Zero politics, colleagues are super supportive, and good work-life balance.

      Pros

      Parmonic is a great place to work. While there, I got to interact with top business and marketing executives at large brands, and lead a great team of people. The founders are visionary leaders and have invented a really cool, novel product.
