      Pros

      You get to be in the room with some of the best clients in their industries. If you put in the effort and work ethic, the new management will notice and will reward you. There's more to working here than just a paycheck. You get to say that you work for a world-class company and advance your career.

      Cons

      Cons are relative, if you don't work hard, you won't have an enjoyable experience. Invest in yourself and communicate with leadership. Can be a bit hard to get into the groove with your co-workers due to the high turnover in the past

      Positive Changes are Having a Great Impact

      Pros

      Parscale offers a dynamic, collaborative environment, lots of interesting clients, and huge opportunities to learn, take ownership and prove yourself. Culture and overall work experience have been drastically improving since some major leadership changes took place beginning in August 2017.

      Cons

      Compensation and vacation time could use improvement, and the new management seems to be open to making changes in these areas.
