      As I've said to friends and family, I feel like I found the job of my dreams. Employees here are incredibly devoted to supporting our students and the broader communities we serve. Kind and thoughtful colleagues; an evolved leadership team that is open to new ideas and creative solutions; teammates that will roll up their sleeves to be sure everything we do supports our students; and about 1,000 reasons to wake up inspired every day.

      Partnership Schools is a mission-focused organization that works with struggling Catholic schools. The schools are very community centered--most school employees have been working there for more than 10 years, most network staff for at least 4 years.

      Cons

      Depending on the time of year, the workload can be a lot.
