Pros
PatPat is a very fast growing company that you can learn many things and grow together with the company. The CEO is a very open-minded person and welcome all new ideas and give all supports. Working hour is very flexible; you do not get micromanaged, as long as you can deliver what you promised and get your job done.
Cons
The USA team does not have many people, and we communicate with the overseas team a lot, hope they can hire more people here to expand our team.
