Pros

Working at Patch My PC has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From day one, the company’s values:- ‘humble’, ‘empathy’, and ‘we deliver excellence’; shine through in every aspect of the workplace. The culture here is unlike any other; it’s collaborative, supportive, and genuinely focused on both employee and customer success. Leadership, starting with the co-founders, lives and breathes these values, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. The growth mindset at Patch My PC is a game-changer and refreshing. As someone in Account Management expanding the APAC region, I’ve been encouraged to take on new challenges, learn continuously, and grow both professionally and personally. Management actively listens to feedback and incorporates it into decision-making, which makes you feel like your voice matters. The team dynamic is incredible; everyone is competent, friendly, and willing to collaborate, creating a sense of camaraderie and well-supported that’s rare in today’s corporate world. The benefits and total rewards package are outstanding. Without diving into specifics, I can say that Patch My PC goes above and beyond to show appreciation for its employees in surprising and meaningful ways. The fully remote setup is seamless, with efficient onboarding and streamlined processes that let you focus on your work. Even with a global team, the company fosters connection through thoughtful initiatives (like the upcoming company-wide retreat, which I’m thrilled about!). In my career stage, I’m looking for purpose, meaning and enjoyment in my role, and PMPC has ticked the boxes.

Cons

It’s honestly hard to find any major drawbacks. For some, the fast-paced environment may be a challenge. For me, this is exciting; it provides purpose and a goal to continue this growth and satisfaction when achieved.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. I am really glad to hear our values of humility, empathy, and delivering excellence are showing up in your day to day. It is exciting to see you embracing the growth mindset while helping us expand in APAC. The fast pace can be a challenge, but it is also what drives the purpose and progress you mentioned. I appreciate you calling out our culture and team dynamic, those are things we work hard to protect as we scale. - Justin Chalfant

Pros

I’ve been with the company for nearly two years and have found that there are good opportunities to grow internally. The work is fast-paced, which keeps things interesting and engaging, and the projects feel meaningful. I also feel I can contribute to the company’s broader goals, which are clearly communicated by the leadership team. Most people across the company seem to practice a growth mindset, which creates a positive environment for learning and improvement. The company’s values are also taken seriously and are reflected in how people approach their work.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any standout cons at Patch My PC so far. Since we all work remotely, it could be nice to have more opportunities to meet colleagues in person from time to time. That said, it’s not really a negative since I chose to work for a remote company and the flexibility that comes with it.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It means a lot. I’m glad you’ve had opportunities to grow and that the work feels meaningful. That’s something we care a lot about. We want people to feel like they’re making a real impact, not just checking boxes. The note about growth mindset and living our values day to day is especially great to hear. That’s one of those things that’s easy to say and harder to actually do. On the remote side, we hear the feedback about wanting more in person time pretty consistently, and I agree it matters. It's one reason we do our annual company summit to bring everyone together, which has been great. Starting this year, we’re also delegating budget to department leaders so teams can plan additional meetups when it makes sense. For example, our Accounts side of Customer Success is meeting up in June, and our Customer Engineer team is getting together in April. So, this is something we’re actively working on that you should see soon. Thanks again for being part of the team and for everything you’re doing to help us improve. - Justin Chalfant

Pros

Leadership is genuinely engaged and invested in my growth. I’m constantly learning and evolving, which has been such a refreshing change of pace. My team is fantastic. Thoughtful, kind, and incredibly supportive. I’m really enjoying my time here so far. I stay busy, but I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact, and that’s been incredibly rewarding. The benefits are really strong and thoughtfully designed. A truly comprehensive Total Rewards package. The culture here is really unique and something I really appreciate! Very much looking forward to growing my career with this company.

Cons

We are growing quickly, which can sometimes mean shifting priorities and evolving processes. If you prefer highly structured environments with everything fully built out, this may feel fast paced at times. We are remote - so you have to make a conscious effort to connect, but PMPC also gives us real opportunities to connect in person (Annual All-Company Summit!)
