      -Not many cons I can think of, as the company continues to grow, some processes and systems are still evolving - but leadership is open to feedback and continuously improving.

      Pros

      Pathway Capital Management has one of the best work cultures I’ve been a part of. Pathway emphasizes teamwork, respect, and mutual support. Upper management is approachable, and always willing to help out or chat. There’s a lot of opportunity to grow and learn if you’re proactive, and everyone here genuinely wants to see each other succeed. My coworkers are easy to get along with, and the vibe is collaborative, not competitive.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. However, as with any fast paced environment, there are occasional busy periods. The strong team dynamic helps balance things out.
