      For the most part, Pathway management and coworkers make you feel like family. There is plenty of room for growth if you just apply yourself. The company provides you with everything you need to succeed. You are provided a free lunch from the cafeteria.

      Cons

      Small amount of drama, but that comes with any job. Some people complain about the cafeteria food.
