Pros

Very professional, great at building relationships with their clients, highly useful services for Pre-registration, prior auth, registration, all the way through billing. Customizable product and easy to integrate. Corporate was responsive to employee and client concerns.

Cons

When a contract is up for renegotiation, your role may change without much say on the part of the employee.
