      Pros

      Very interesting projects and very nice people. There is a high sense of freedom while working at Patria and a high sense of product ownership when working with products of Patria. The people working at Patria are one of the best, if not the best people to work with.

      Cons

      Maybe too much work and too many projects to contribute to.
