Your job is more or less to be a deterrent so there's no pressure to "Catch people"
Cons
Standing in one spot can be exhausting for long periods of time. Also you're often the only security guard so apprehensions can be very difficult . Wages are stagnate.

40% employee discount eligible for family members only. Employees are eligible for 40% discount after only 1 month of employment. Work/life management is bearable and company sells great clothes for all ages at an acceptable price.
Cons
No health insurance is offered, and salary does not increase over time, thus leading to high turnover rates and lower rates of employee satisfaction.
