      Pros

      Great place to work and has a very competitive salary. It offers WFH and has an amiable working atmosphere. Great products where you could learn in and outs of backend or frontend development. Provides standard healthcare benefits, and gives out allowance for WFH people. The software engineering technical exam is strict so prepare for it.

      Cons

      The company is fast growing, so adjustments to processes are still ongoing.

      Pros

      Joining PayMongo has been a very positive and welcoming experience. As a new employee, the onboarding process was well-structured, organized, and thoughtfully designed to help me transition smoothly into the company. The onboarding sessions provided a clear overview of the company’s mission, culture, products, and internal processes, which helped me quickly understand how my role contributes to the bigger picture. The sessions with different teams gave me valuable insights into how PayMongo operates across functions.

      It is a fast paced industry and might have adjustments if you are from a different industry of sales network.
