Pros
This company cares about its clients and its employees. They do the right thing for their people even when they don't have to. Flexible work environment (remote, hybrid, or in person, at employee's choice), socially responsible, and strategic. I found the compensation, benefits, and PTO to be competitive. Fantastic people.
Cons
Not a con, but go in knowing that they expect your best.
