      The team are all really hardworking, talented and friendly, the culture makes it a really lovely place to work and the treat table is always stocked up.

      Pros

      Great talented team of people that have set out to change a notoriously clunky, painful but critical process for running a business. Mentally challenging problem solving. Huge (but stale) market.

      Cons

      Tricky balance between the scale of work and the size of the team while also having to wear many hats as the business grows.
