      Pros

      Inside sales is Full Remote, great work/life balance. Unlimited PTO too, Warm leads provided but also able to hunt your own leads.Lifetime residuals if vested.

      Cons

      Base Salary could be better, Commission builds up slowly, but surely.

      Pros

      Paynada is small enough that you will socialize with the c-suite and your opinion counts yet is is large enough where you can rely on the company to be able to handle what gets thrown at it. If you put the work in, there are many individuals making really good money and having a lot of fun doing so.

      Cons

      The industry Paynada is in is the one true con. Paynada operates in the credit card processing space and there is a lot of competition. This makes it hard for individuals and some companies to stand out. Again, how you approach this and what you bring to the table can make you or break you. Many times it depends on an individual's attitude.

      I have been with Paynada for two years and I am very happy to be part of this Team. The Company gave me a chance to build my own team and supported me all the way .

      Cons

      The only thing is that we do not spend time together as a team because we are all located in different states.
