      Pros

      There is always work and if I need help I can always find it. Another pro is that we get lunch everyday which highly appreciated.

      Cons

      Everything good so far but like any BDR or sales roles you have to find different ways to stay with the energy.

      Amazing Company

      This is an amazing company with incredible people at the helm. I've had a lot of jobs and this is one is one of the best I've ever had. Great support, amazing amenities, awesome location (Santa Cruz), and a great culture.

      Cons

      The only criticism I have is that the floor plan is too open and it makes it hard to have sales calls
