Pros
The beer industry is very cool. Any job that provides beer during meetings is fun. On the bright side, since I left, PDI was bought out by another guy and I hear the job is more tolerable. I would consider working for the competition.
Cons
As a college graduate this is not a great thing to hear on my first day, "this place is great place to work and you don't have to go to college." I was making 26k a year and worked at 5am where my days off were Tuesday and Friday. I was told it would be several years at this position until I was moved vertical in the organization.
