Pros

Since starting with the company, I have experienced nothing but a community of dedicated professionals who are passionate about excellence and strive to make every educational event successful. My colleagues and my manager are always supportive and willing to collaborate and offer assistance when needed. The sense of teamwork is truly uplifting. The company also actively promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It is truly a great place to work.

Cons

The workload can vary from season to season which may require flexibility and adaptability from employees. I personally find it challenging and exciting but prospective employees may need to prepare for this.

Pros

- Health Benefits - Good Vacation policy - Incredible team focused environment - Concerns are welcome, and met with collaboration and true effort to work with the employee for satisfactory results. I have had several concerns that I've brought up to the company over my time, and they were always taken very seriously and addressed in the most fair way that I could have hoped for. Nothing is perfect, but being able to have open discussions about anything I want has been critical to my happiness at the company. - Best team I've ever worked with across the board - The high volume of projects can be challenging, but is also rewarding and met with support when needed in my experience - Awesome company annual meeting - Autonomy in my day to day work

Cons

No company is perfect, there is a high expectation of excellence, and there is a high volume of work - but these are items I expect to find at any company worth their salt.
