      Pros

      Working for Penco is like no other! We work hard but play hard! I am a working mom and Penco has been incredibility flexible with me. Penco's benefits are AMAZING! I am so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful and giving company!

      Pros

      Good camaraderie with the other employees. Christmas bonuses were higher than most other companies. Training is paid for (sometimes)

      Cons

      High-stress work environment with endlessly changing rules and policies depending on the employee. Favoritism towards certain people, others are treated like trash. Hostile work environment (screaming, tantrums, name-calling, Management making you feel worthless) We were cheated out of commission checks when traveling for work. No room for moving up as there are over 8 managers for 3 field employees
