      Pros

      Pennmark offers great opportunities for growth, there's always something to do so you'll never be bored, you'll learn a lot here about real estate, architectural design and property management and you get to wear a lot of hats in the company. Management is great and both managers will take the time to teach you what you need to know to get the job done right! Rest of the team is very friendly and helpful; everyone helps each other and are very supportive.

      Cons

      Fast paced and sometimes hectic work environment with the requirement to handle multiple projects at once on tight deadlines. Also you primarily work alone on projects. For me these were not major issues but not everyone may like this kind of work environment.
