PensionPro is a very modern technology company with a growing clientele and staff. The company dynamic is very relaxed, which makes the workplace feel more laid back. We work hard but try to keep a relaxed environment to make the work day enjoyable. Employees get opportunities to shine and show strengths, so hard work does not go unnoticed. When it comes to new ideas, everyone's feedback is important, so your title does not keep you from having opportunities to grow.
Cons
The company is a fast-paced environment, so being able to handle moving pieces and change is an important part of being a member of the team. The company is growing quickly and making changes and updates to move along with the tech industry, so it is to be expected in any software company.

Up to date with technology and always allows for personal growth. I enjoy working here and the variety of things I do.
Cons
Fast paced software development. I enjoy being busy and learning new things so this doesn't bother me, but it may not be for everyone.
