Pros

Extraordinary executives hold key leadership roles at the Bank. The CEO cares about the employees but is also taking the organization in the right direction ensuring that this small community Bank stays that way but also remains viable in the current economic environment. The Bank donates time and money to local non-profits. The retail staff go above and beyond for their customers and the customer service they offer is the differentiator. Satisfaction scores are high. Benefits are good. They often promote from within when the skill set aligns.

Cons

Due to the fact that there are only 300 employees sometimes the role you desire isn't available at the time you desire it.

Pros

Strong leadership that seems cares about employees and the long term future of the Bank. Benefits are good. Staff are encouraged to be involved in the community.

Cons

As it's a smaller organization, you're often wearing multiple hats and involved in various projects. That's also good for visibility and development.
