      Pepperfry is an incredibly supportive company for female employees. Having worked here for 2 years as a Senior Quality Analyst, I have personally experienced how much they care about their staff. They offer fantastic support during pregnancy and maternity leave. Even after returning to work following delivery, management provided great flexibility by offering a work-from-home facility, which makes balancing work and motherhood much easier.
