      Overall, Percepta has been a very good place to work, and I really like working remotely.

      There seems to be lots of technical issues that we have to try and figure out instead of having IT help us

      Great employer, great managers

      Managers are very understanding, motivate us to work effectively. They have clear plans for achieving our targeted goals. They communicate in clear, easy language. They are receptive to criticism and are open to ideas

      Cons

      They have extensive paperwork. I have worked at numerous American, Asian and European companies and it is fair to say, that these guys have the most extensive paperwork
