Many thanks for the review. I'm really happy to see you value the salaries and perks we have here! We're definitely returning to an in-office culture, but please ping me via email or Slack if you'd like to share more on the "100% remote option can be tough" comment. (I realize that removes the whole "anonymous" thing, so it's ok if you just want to leave things as-is.) On the 401k match, we aim to be competitive with similar-stage companies at 4%; in the recent benefits survey we did, our 401k match didn't come up as a concern among the folks who responded. That said, who wouldn't want more? I'll keep this on my list of future investments for consideration and see what's doable down the road. Again, thanks for the review! David Mann
