      - You're treated as a specialist that can be trusted - Fun atmosphere - Goal-oriented environment (obviously) - Direct feedback culture - Great company retreats - Reasonable personal time off policy

      - Sometimes it's a little bit chaotic - Feels like there's no room for promotion

      Pros

      - exceptional team that works together well with flat hierarchy and lots of autonomy - feedback is taken very seriously and there is a legitimate focus on healthy work culture - flexible and pragmatic approach to everything from how we build things to how we work together

      Cons

      - small team so building features can be slow at times, but that also forces us to be very deliberate about what we build and getting the most out of it - complicated product, so it makes it more complicated to explain and build in a way people understand, but it keeps things interesting

      - Flexible working model/option to work 100% remotely -Lots of autonomy (there is no such thing as micromanagement at Perdoo :) ) -Lots of interesting projects to work on and the opportunity to have impact -Everyone has a voice/ flat hierarchies -Bi-annual retreats at an offsite location -Healthy culture ( no politics or toxicity) -Great & international team -Feedback of the the team is always incorporated as best as possible

      Cons

      -As much as being a small team comes with a lot of pros, being a one-person team often also comes with its challenges (especially when working in HR)
