The base wage is hourly or commission, whichever is greater. They have bonus programs for employees and managers. Health care is available if you work 30 hrs a week. I was a manager and worked for the company for 2+ yrs and I always scheduled breaks and lunches. We had continuing education classes. The district manager and corporate office were always available to talk.

Cons

My salon was a little outdated, others are newer. My district manager could be a little out of touch sometimes and didn't always understand why things could be slow.
