Pros
I have never worked for such a collaborative and supportive organization. From the CEO/President down it is all about working as a team. Great communication and knowledge sharing culture. Training is top notch.
Cons
None to mention but downtown traffic is not great at times. Noisy construction outside building is bothersome but nothing within the company.

No Travel, true work-life balance, stable company with unique model on growth path, exposure to all aspects of the consulting business with opportunities to be involved if you are a self-starter, proven track record and impressive client list Management genuinely cares about staff
Cons
If you are only interested in only consulting (billing) and not contributing to running a consulting business this might not be the right fit for you
