      Great culture, great environment, great progress

      Pros

      Perrill has incredibly smart and talented people who are committed to doing great work. The management team listens and cares about the employees. Schedules are flexible, so we can work from home or come into the office whenever we want. A lot of people prefer to come into the office because the culture is great and the environment is productive and fun.

      Cons

      Company growth has been a little slow lately and there have been a few bad employees that caused extra work for some of us, but that issue has been resolved.

      Pros

      What impressed me working at Perrill was how knowledgeable everybody was across the board. Raw talent and expertise at all levels. Communication from the top is clear and transparent. Management cares and delivered all their promises to me. Perrill will give you the tools and arrangements for you to succeed and enjoy what you’re doing.

      Cons

      I would say Perrill would gain having more name/brand recognition, and also push back sometimes on some client’s requests …
