Yves is a great owner he continues to provide opportunities for individuals, that have limited experience in the sales industry. I think unfortunately people that come to this position with limited experience need to understand we have a great training program and provide our employees a relaxed environment with tools such as sales force that assist the employee to manage their relationships.
It's really unfortunate that glassdoor is becoming a platform for negative people and their negative comments... I've worked here for over a year, and no company can make every employee happy, but knowing you have an owner that is continuing to evolve, and to ensure a positive working environment sends a stronger positive message...
Also, sales aren't for everyone, and certain individuals just want a big payday but aren't willing to put in the time and effort, and unfortunately blame the company. We do everything we can to provide a good experience, but in the end, its the effort that you put in every day, that's what counts......
