      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work every day. Pharmgate gives their employees a lot of flexibility both within a given work week and when planning PTO. There is open communication with management and a general sense of belonging.

      Cons

      The work can get redundant but that is the nature of the industry/position.

      Pros

      The people in Pharmgate have a lot of backgrounds and nationalities making it a very interesting workplace. Pharmgate is involved in different projects and markets which is an opportunity to learn about the Animal Health industry. Pharmgate offers great benefits. I was in Pharmgate for 5 great years working and learning about the industry.
