      Pros

      Had one of the best teams, best customers and loved the clothing. Had the ability to grow within the company and learnt so much. Forever grateful for the Aus market manager who did an outstanding job.

      Cons

      They need universal system/software to use instead of excel for reports, kpis, targets etc. Not enough communication with head office and Aus Market, sometimes it felt that feedback fell on deaf ears as we were isolated from the UK market.

      All the employees work really well together to make a supportive team. A very fun job if you enjoy fashion styling.

      Cons

      A lot of responsibilities, including logging sales on Excel.
