Excellent leadership, MD Mark Hudson is motivational and very hands on leading the U.K. Operations, very shrewd in business meetings and aggressively driving the company objectives extremely hardworking. Back office compliance have outstanding support to newbies Debbie managed all the onboarding with precision and ensured I had all the set up required. Weekly meetings with global operations in the USA including the senior management and CEO and highly connected work environment, highly talented and smart with strong focus on follow up . Chris Hastings expert in mixers has been supportive and from day one a wealth of knowledge and available for support in key meetings with customers an asset for me and also excellent credibility which gives me huge pride when customer facing and available online despite his travel schedule and countries, an inspiration and genuine person. Sociable positive environment with high energy people. I am very happy with my decision to join a smaller company and hope to be part of their future and grow with the company expansion plans. Definitely I would describe the company as an ideal work environment for middle level management to mature to senior level there is constant coaching and mentoring that can take you to the next level. I've meet the CEO once and online weekly he is a very smart person and strong character, also welcoming and friendly not a suit man very hands on, professional likable and with huge empathy I think warm hearted and at the same time I wouldn't want to be in his firing line that would be a little scary.
Cons
Time zone difference can be challenging for meetings and conference calls however there is always flexibility and scheduling. On a few occasions I noticed some sensitivities with personal characters and reactionary feedbacks mostly because their passionate about the job and that's a good thing. Also majority are older sometimes a little eccentric and wise but it's true the saying old is gold and it's good for my maturity and learning experience.
