      Pros

      Philhealth provided me with a lot of opportunities for growth not only professionally, but also as a person. I had the chance to meet people from different walks of life. I was able to work with other government and private office representatives. My time with Philhealth was fruitful in terms of gaining knowledge and skills through my experiences and reaching different places through the official travels.

      Cons

      As a young organization, Philhealth has some weaknesses in its policies and on the implementation. There’s a lot of opportunities for the organization as a whole.
