      Pros

      I cannot say enough good things about Phillips Lytle. The firm invests in its associates and works hard to help them develop their professional identities. There are numerous opportunities to obtain first-chair experiences as a young attorney while working on complex and interesting cases.

      Cons

      There are occasionally late nights, but that is just the nature of the practice. It comes and goes in waves depending on the needs of your cases.

      The people, my former co-workers and bosses were some of the nicest people that I've ever met. Co-workers genuinely care for one another and look out for each other. Great work/life balance and good pay for this position.
