Pros

Many people have worked at Phillips for long periods of time. Everyone seems to be interested in mentoring new staff. I can see how people have moved up or have been promoted over their tenure here. Senior staff and managers are very approachable.

Cons

Salary's are good, but there is not a structured bonus/profit plan

It is the best place where a fresher would get to learn a lot from all the knowledgable colleagues. People are extremely friendly.

Cons

Social events are missing, but can't really call it a con.

You'll get the full experience here. Lots to do and friendly employees that that like to help. I feel well taken care of by the firm and have a good feeling of job security,

Cons

Only a few people work on some notable projects. But the company seems to be stepping up in opportunity.
