Pros
Young environment, research activity is mostly in the hands of PhD enrolled by the company. From design to pre-clinical testing of novel immunotherapy drugs. CSO of the company is available for inputs.
Cons
Poor hierarchy, weak management, and no human resources. Sometimes the workload can be extremely heavy and stressful. Lack of a leader in the biology team you may lose all your interest and passion for science if it doesn't come from you. There are NO benefits for employees, no compensation for extra hours, and work on the weekends is given for granted.
