This company is amazing. I have worked for phoenix quality 10 years. Starting as a team leader and making my way up to management over the years. Given the nature of the business I think the owner cares more for the employees then people realize. Many bad reviews on here but mostly from new inspectors whom do not understand the business side or nature of the clients demands. Last minute schedule changes is inevitable in this industry. The owner always makes his best effort to plan employee events like Christmas parties and bonuses. Phoenix Quality is the best place I have ever worked

Last minute schedule changes are annoying but management is not always given much heads up when production changes are made which effects schedules with little to no notice
