      A fast-paced, growth-oriented start-up with a very high bar; love the leadership and passion of the CTO/CEO/Cofounders.

      Cons

      Not Physna in particular but the fact that start-ups are usually low in the type of funds that big companies have

      Pros

      Interesting software, great culture, an engineering team that doesn't over do meetings, and surrounded by talented people.

      Cons

      It's a startup so there are challenges with being small and scrappy. This isn't a complaint of mine but something to be aware of for where the company is at currently.

      The team at Physna is some of the smartest people I have ever met in my life. Extremely supportive and push and root for you to succeed.

      If you don't have a strong work ethic, you will not succeed at Physna.
