Some of the finest minds in the industry are here, and you get the opportunity to learn from them. You are encouraged to explore your skills, contribute ideas, and drive meaningful changes in processes. The higher management is supportive and gives you the freedom to go beyond your regular responsibilities. You get access to tools, exposure, and opportunities that many MNCs don’t provide today. The organisation is transitioning toward modern and advanced software systems, which will take time, and employees need to align with that growth mindset. Anyone can lose a Job in the current world situation, but this can be a con for anyone here. Real issue, which I feel is: •No structured internal knowledge-sharing or learning platform for employees •Absence of external training support to enhance skills and stay industry-ready •Communication gaps between teams sometimes lead to confusion and misalignment
