      A true challenger brand where you are able to make an impact and craft your own destiny. Greater exposure to a wider variety of customers and suppliers; allowing for full accountability and accelerated career development opportunities across the sales and operations functions. Good work life balance, with a solid culture.

      Cons

      Must be able to accept constructive feedback. Must be flexible with scope of role, sometimes you will be doing work not strictly within your remit vs larger organisations.

      Incredible place to work to develop your Ops Chops

      Pros

      Really awesome people to work with in the Operations and Commercial side especially. The MD comes from an Ops background and into Operations as a passion. For anyone working in this company in Operations and Supply Chain, its fast-paced with a lot of accountability. The Head of Sales and Operations gives a lot of their time to help you understand the why behind all the must-dos which is a real plus despite the go-go pace. A real chance to develop and grow quickly.

      Cons

      - More about style – it’s an extrovert social type of person who works at this company. It’s also for someone who likes a small close knit team. Everyone has lunch together and they do a lot of socials and an annual trip together to Italy.

      Pros

      Well structured company and friendly team. Always something new to work on and management is open to new ideas. There is good scope to progress in the company. Lots of fun work events and annual trip away is a great bonus. Recommend if you are proactive and like working on lots of different projects.
