Working for the best team that finishes movie tv spots and trailers can be difficult, but these guys are so into the details and it really made me proud to learn so much from the smartest people in the biz.

Cons

They have had growing pains because of all of their success so its been difficult to bring people up from the ranks and thats what they really try to do. Long hours are not uncommon but they treated us fairly, its just sometimes you need a break.
