Pros

Not sure what the other reviews are up to but this is a sales role, you have to sell to keep your job, and you are given every chance to train and develop. Its a good fun working environment but if you aren't selling you should re-consider a role in sales, this isn't Pieroth's problem it is a career choice. I was lucky enough to have great training and a successful 6 months in Australia with this company. There is HUGE potential if you have the get up and go to build your customer base and there is a handful of very good people in the Sydney office that do well for themselves. I enjoyed every second of working with these people and they did a alot for my wife and I on a proffesional and personal level, for that we will be eternally grateful. Aaron and Ellie.

Cons

Be wary of what you are promised, you may earn a reward for high sales one week and have it withdrawn the next. part and parcel of a sales environment.

Pros

Very happy working environment, although a little superficial sometimes if sales aren't good. Win lots of wine, have a great laugh, plenty of breaks, friendly staff, good management, opportunity to sell at exhibitions. The wine at Pieroth is good wine and I am yet to find my favourite wine back in the UK.

Cons

I was only with company for 6 months as I was on a working holiday visa. If there was any negativity I shut it out for my own personal gain from a sales perspective, any good sales person would know negativity in the work environment is a big no no. If you built your customer base as a tele-tales rep your earnings are endless and there are a few earning very good money for themselves, you get out what you put in with this company. Incentives were given and taken away very easily depending on how sales were going. Its not good for morale knowing you had won something then had it removed...that is the nature of sales though and would apply in most companies!

Pros

Bonuses & using your own time management skills which leads to your own success.

Cons

The market place unfortunately forced Pieroth into only trading over the phone, and not face to face. This is a personal negative to me, but not everybody.
