My colleagues and management are great to work with. I receive recognition from my peers and partners. If you are focused on solutions and being there for others on your team, everyone reciprocates and gives you the same in return, in order to excel.

Cons

If you are not flexible and want to do just the minimal to get by, you will not be happy or employed for a long time.
